Terms of Membership

Creating a Member Portal account is free and open to anyone with an interest in immersive technology research, practice, or industry. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

The Member Portal, member directory, and member resources are provided for networking, research collaboration, and community purposes. Don't use member contact information obtained through the directory for unsolicited marketing, or share your account with people who aren't you.

Any profile information you add (institution, bio, SIG) should be accurate and relate to your professional or academic activity. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or where necessary to protect the community or comply with the law.

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. This immediately and permanently removes your profile and personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
